Ear wax removal training

Our 2-day course encompasses all vital aspects of safe ear wax removal practice: the ear's anatomy and physiology, secure extraction methods, referral procedures and more, delivered by our seasoned clinical experts.

The course design ensures you have sufficient time to get familiar with — and practise using — the requisite equipment, including eye loupes, otoscope, water irrigation and microsuction systems.

We limit the number of participants in each class to provide personalised attention and maximise learning. As a bonus, a light lunch and refreshments are provided during the course. On successful completion, you'll be awarded a certificate of safe practice.

The kit includes everything needed to carry out the methods you'll be trained in: an ear irrigation unit, a microsuction unit, Zoellner pen suction tubes, irrigator tips, head loupes, an otoscope and an aluminium ear tank.

If you'd like the equipment as part of the course, simply choose the course-with-equipment option during registration.

We offer two course variants: one includes the comprehensive equipment set, and the other is a course-only option. If you choose course-only, please bring your own eye loupes and otoscope to the training, as they'll be essential throughout the two days.
